Bill just sent me a truly astonishing extract from the Complaint: As a result of defendants' acts of unfair competition, defendants have been benefitted to the detriment of Business Wire. Defendants should be required to provide restitution of such amounts to Business Wire. We're competing with BizWire? How? We're, um, not a, you know, wire service. And they can't seriously believe we got paid for not being a wire service.
