What is a scam? Starting a new business is not. Surely one knows, starting any new business will be met with skepticism and set backs. The measure of success is not what you you do on the 2-3rd try but what you do on the 4-5th try. It's not many times you fail, but how many times you get up and keep on going. My experience with GAB: 1998, we met with Dianna (and crowd), we were already to start up as the first ones in our area and everything was a go go! Well after 4 mo. the cracks appeared and when no new products appeared, we slowed down, and stopped. That is the risk of any new venture. However, I knew then, and I had heard it from others when we were starting,"If anyone can make it work, Dianna can" I called her 2 weeks? ago when the I saw GAB starting to wakeup, she was as upbeat as ever and sounded ready for battle! To say that she will fail without giving her a chance again is not fair. The timing is right and they DO have the web site although I have not ordered anything now, they did meet all obligations to me 2 yrs. ago. Anyways, any first hand experience with how the orders are handled now and if MLM reps are paid on time(we were), and how the records are kept etc. would be appreciated, and where are all the distributors, call them up..ones representing the comp. NOW. That would be good current relevant due diligence! I remain SPECULATING that the share price will increase, this is the spec. busines,place your bets, but to say they'll fail before they are given a chance is defeatist. I've been wrong B4, hope not this time though...but don't bet the farm! Have any charges been laid as to the fraud allegations? Or could it be misunderstanding or bubbles bursting on the part of the overly enthusiastic new distributors looking for the $1M paycheque..next week. Please post if any charges or convictions exist. Thanks for you post, ALL comments should be posted here!

My name is Rainer Kunert the programmer talked about in this posting. There were several erroneous statements made about me. First of all I am not the web programmer. Another person works full time at web programming at Gala-Bari. I created the program which calculates commissions for distributors. I still work for Gala-Bari and I have never stated any intentions of quitting. I have not started a network marketing company with Hans. This is totally false. I noticed that whomever posted this information about me did not leave their name. I sure would like to know who it was. After all, there is no real point in building an internet mall without providing the ability to remit payment on-line. Our purpose in building an internet mall is to: a) develop and produce proprietary in-house consumable products and offer them for sale via our Enzo Trevi Spa and Zoe's Garden; b) develop strategic alliances with our independent merchant vendors; c) offer unique products which originate from all four corners of the world;and d)at a reasonable price to internet customers and independent distributors in our network marketing division. We are focusing on the building of our independent merchant base over the next while - there is no point in offering the payment on-line option until we have additional virtual mall tenants. I am President and CEO of Gala-Bari and I can assure you that I have no plans of leaving Gala-Bari and the mere suggestion of me starting my own Network Marketing company is absurd, I am already the President of the best Network Marketing Company I know. Dear tech Advisor; My name is Allen Farrell, I am using Dianna Hubert's access to respond to your posting and allegations. Dear Sir; Your letter regarding Gala-Bari is misleading and ill informed. Ia am the author of Gala-Bari's compensation plan and one of the master distributors of the company. I have not been terminated by Gala-Bari and Gala-Bari has continued to meet its obligations to me. With respect to E-Commerce - It is true that it took a little longer than was initially planned to get some stores up on the mall, however I do not view this as unusual in new ventures. The company did exercise poor judgement in relying too heavily on three former VP's to accomplish this for them. In my opinion, "They were not qualified to do this or to hold senior management positions in a network marketing company." Some free advice - Get a Life!!
