Gord, Just wondering......do you think Winspear could hire the fellow that Aber reportedly fired, over the missed deadline fiasco, as a professional witness? I'm sure an affidavit filed at discovery from this person on behalf of Winspear could be very helpful(I doubt there is any remaining good will on behalf of Aber-and besides, he may need the money now that his career is essentially flushed down the toilet)......Do you think RT and his lawyer have thought of this yet? regards, teevee
