Humbly report, Bill, what do I know? Not much, 'cept the only money that changed hands was to pay for the press release. Yes, FBNA "defendants commenced use in commerce" and "willfully intended to trade" - with [reference deleted], X dollars for an April Fool's spoof press release, period. Blueberry pie.
