Foundation Equity Corporation has filed a Notice of Intention to sell up to a total of 2,000,000 common shares of Global Thermoelectric Inc. through the facilities of The Exchange on or after April 30, 1999. Does anybody think this will affect the timing of any possible major "News Release?", are we headed for lower levels with the sale of 2M shares without News? Comments?
