Foundation are the insiders of Global, they financed the company originally. For them to be able to sell any shares they must file with the TSE which is what they have done.I am sure that there is major institutional demand. I expect that we will have a financing soon and that demand will be initially satisfied by the newly issued shares and these insiders shares. When the financing is done and they want more shares they will then go into the market. PS I got this news release from Stockhouse. It must have been filed at the TSE. They don't have to be sold all at once. We have had 3 million share days. Put out another NR and they are gone.
