Bill, you are right in observing that there are abundant opportunities out there. The extremely depressed state of the junior market has forced share prices well below net asset values for many companies. Just take a look at the number of listings under $0.20, under $0.15 on the VSE. A question one has to ask is how can one turn this into a plus? How do you make a miserable situation an opportunity? When New York City was on the verge of bankruptcy in the 70's, some real estate developers were buying high quality assets like crazy. Maybe they were crazy. Maybe they saw an opportunity when everyone else saw blood. There have been mineral resource projects wanting financing that under different situations would never be available. I don't know when the situation will change, but I'm fairly certain that it will sometime. It would be nice to be prepared. Dave
