No offense,Hawaii,if this were true there would have to have been some press release issued or at least some sec filing and subsequent edgar release.So far nothing. Unless Idtc was willing to let a printing company announce through place settings to the world that an IPO was forthcoming I don't believe it!I believe it will happen,but I believe the company will want some major league press coverage when they do announce it!I know the boys over at Yahoo are good when it comes to sherlocking,but it would signal to me that Idtc was a bush league company if this is how the news of their Ipo comes about!
