1,500 lasers at $875k per = $1.3 Billion revenue! Not a bad niche - you could make a lot of money doin $1.3 billion. Let's see - market cap = $4.o billion divided by 27 mil shares = $150 per share.

What assumptions cause you to believe that "...The total excimer laser market, or call it light bulbs for advanced lithography, is not going to exceed more than 1000 to 2000 units a year..." ?

Lithography units are already in that range.

No lasers for:

Inspection and Measurement, Test equipment?
PGILD?
MaskWriting?
Other Processes?
