I'd have to recheck the UIHIA/UPCOY numbers. Pretty sure UPCOY is majority owned and UIHIA still trades at a pretty steep discount to its UPCOY holding.

My theory is the DLIA/TURF discount has been narrowing over the last few days as others do exactly what you've done, buy TURF at a discount by buying DLIA.

A fair number of the buyers are those that want to own TURF ahead of a coverage related pop. Only time this doesn't work too well is when Internet stocks are in the dumper. Looks like another correction has begun in Internet names that could take them down to their recent lows.
