Majority owned or member of same tax consolidating group? They are not the same. In any event, UIHIA has been built with so much hocus pocus and complicated financial engineering that it is probably not a good comparable. I feel that I am becoming a little repetitive, but taxes are what make the world go round. BTW, I have enjoyed our discussion. p.s. If you are looking for a good short, check out PVN. A credit card company trading at 22x book value!? I would appreciate your thoughts. It has been a little painful for me to date, but I refuse to give up.
