I suspect today's action is a cross of the block of stock that became available approx 30 days ago.

My understanding is the 330K block was crossed in 3 pieces.

The overhang is gone, once again the "darksiders" doom and gloom that the block was going to take the stock down significantly has failed to materialize. Nothing new there.

IMHO stock goes higher from here.
