>>it appears the shareholders may have...cause for concern?.

AS A MATTER OF RECORD esecurities has advised NewKidCo management that if there is anything materially incorrect with our previous post we will immediately post a full retraction. We have contated the Company repeatedly however had to leave voice-mail messages. Again, this is our opinion given the issues of facts and all information/representations the Company, officers et al have disseminated, as indicated.

"E", what is your concern...
in layman's terms? It sounds like they "forgave" too much away to SoftQuad Inc. What exactly should we be asking NewKidCo? Is it your opinion that shareholder value was substantially compromised? If so, what can be done?

They don't think it's material because the shareholders got screwed.

How could they not think this is material to NewKidCo AND THE SHAREHOLDERS?

Management was smiling when they got $1 million US and 19% of Softquad and got them out of their hair.

Then they borrowed $500,000 of it.

Then they gave away (it appears) the 19%

And now that 19% could be worth $100 million ($500m ,SOFTQUAD ipo marketcap)

Imagine what that would do for the stock price and the shareholders.

Their #1 job is to maximize shareholder value and they are doing a miserable job of it.

And now, they are probably pissed off that it was found out because they sure weren't gonna tell us.

What does this mean?

I just don't get it. Either NewKidCo has something so big happening that they don't want anything getting in the way or something very funny(fishy) is going on. Management is either brilliant for getting us this far on fumes and a prayer or very naive and stupid for letting a very good thing get away without getting anything for it.
