Bill, look at the daily volumes. If their is only 500K or worse 300K then we have traded that over 5 days : Anyway look at the volume it took to get to $10.00 then look at how much to bring it down which none of us understood. On March 25th they tanked this stock on 200 shares. Since then it has traded an overwhelming volume ... I questioned the float and the filings but the filings are accurate so the only thing I can figure is after the split someone shorted it down. At $10.00 the capitalization suddenly got called and it tanked on tiny volume. Then on 3-25-99 it fell to $4.00 without any volume and has struggled to come up. We all have watched the trading and the daily volume has been easily more buys than sells but it will not move hardly and at the end of the day , till today, it has dropped on nothing. Priority question for the meeting will be to confirm this float figure of 500K. Here is the daily volume logs. Ok, I am here still at CBQ ... the new board has been elected. The buzz here is the letter of extortion or compounding(not sure what that term means) for 240,000 shares of stock and $100,000.00 cash from this Mel Kupetz and Richard Steinberg, which has been addressed. As far as your questions .... this meeting was strictly for electing directors. :-) GB

Hey Bill, these guys have also called a taped voice mail and threatened someone's "Physical Well Being" IF they do not get these shares to cover their short position! LOL ... amazing what two dumbies will do when they get caught. Both had had regulatory problems also ... This is cool ... never been to a shareholder meeting before. They had a continental breakfast too. Oh, I did ask about getting the liquidity of the stock up and if a forward split or something would be in the future. I was told absolutely that they were considering options to get the stock more liquid. They would not give me a time frame though. 711K in the float of which 200,000 are in strong hands, 200K are lost shareholders, leaving 311K free trading ... LOL ... this one is going to get interesting. Heading back home soon. :-) GB
