Are you serious about this? Extortion....This was stated at the special shareholders meeting? If its true, how can they be so stupid. If its true I hope they get incredibly screwed. thanks for the info.

Gee, I would hate to be short 200K+ shares, and the threat of a forward split.

Someone picked the wrong stock to mess with.

I presume that CBQ's attorneys are dealing with the threats?
