I have posted the scenario. Mark responded to each concern and he agreed to help them out by selling them 60K of his own personal holding for 2.75 which was half of what it was trading for at the time I believe. Well, they would not sent the money so they never got the stock and kept right on shorting. Now it is up to 240K (4times the amount) and NOW $100,000.00 in cash to keep them from making this public. If that is not blackmail or extortion I do not know what is not to mention an attorney did this.

I asked Mark with all this going on was he going to sell them the 60K and he told me, no, he was not.

Like the government of the USA, Mark does not negotiate with terrorists.

Read Mark's reply to them. These guys got a serious problem on their hands and it is nothing CBQ did or was involved with in any capacity. This is between 3 shareholders and Mark told me he never told anyone to sell anything nor made any promises but only agreed to help them out just to get them off his back. But people are good at the innuendo and always like the my word against yours scenario. But like all blackmailers if you agreed to anything they will be back with wanting more.

This is why Mark requested the "compounding" or threats, blackmail, extortion or whatever this is in writing. What is so funny is they put it in writing. Unbelievable.

When someone tries to make you do something under threat of exposing you I believe that is blackmail or extortion. Kind of like someone trying to influence your posts and if you do comply to their wishes they will turn you over to the SEC or character assassinate you with innuendoes.

Welcome to the market. Did anyone watch Discovery channel the other night about the guy out to expose these types ... Shorters are vicious. Greed leads to threats.
