From every suit I have seen the shareholders get ten to 20 cents share, the attorney's get most. Also, after looking at the original releases, and seeing the fact that they say the estimates are from the ordering company and that as shipping gets closer more revisions to the orders are possible. There was also a safe harbour statement stating that future results blah blah blah..... No attorney will undertake the expense to litigate this and open themselves up to pay fibrs legal bills. JMO, I am no attorney. The paperwork will not be worth filling out. Also the price rose only for a couple of days after the news so a whole yr for the time frame is stupid. Summarry judgement for the def.

I do not think they have a case against FIBR, and as Scott stated, even if they did, the lawyers are the only real winners so I will not be joining the lawsuit.

It shouldn't have any long term effect on the share price, but IMO these lawsuits did help to bring the price down at this time.

Funny questions you ask! Where have you been? Oh, I see, "over there".
