Not that I necessarily put any faith in the Divicom spin-off blather, but what would be the likely consequences for stockholders? I used to own stock in MIPS, before SGI bought them... the MIPS turned into shares of SGI, which was OK. Then a while back SGI spun them off again, but the first I heard of it was when I stumbled across the ticker by accident! I was rather PO'd, especially since SGI floundered and MIPS took off. My broker rather lamely explained that it was equivalent to SGI selling some assets, like a building or somesuch. Sheesh!

What could/should we expect? Some portion of CUBE shares turning into "DIVI"? Or just some accounting voodoo? I would hope that we get the equivalent of pre-IPO stock, if only for the pain we've had to endure......
