Earthworms are great in the garden; not so charming in one's home. Ditto slugs, which are not great in the garden.

There is something about "Whoa is me" that I just love. It evokes a couple of images. Of Me saying, "Whoa, self!" or, or of Me knowing that I am a person who causes others to say, "Whoa!"

Either of which might be applicable to my behavior on Beltane. I think I shall go there now and say, "Whoa is me!"
