Joe: Anyone know what the tax bill will be becasue P/Es are calculated post tax, and the figures mentioned in the release are pre-tax (I guess, because it isn't made clear).

Regards,

Basildon Bond

Right Joe, we are only 1/3 through the year and we are certain of .24 eps for 1999, even with NO add'l contracts and no contract extensions being accounted for at all!

That's what is unique about this PR.

It really is NOT a projection and they are not hyping at all. They didn't even really address all the future business, which should be immense.

The margin of 40% is really conservative, too.

*** THE POWER OF THIS RELEASE IS TO ASSURE SHAREHOLDERS THAT THIS STOCK DESERVES TO BE IN EXCESS OF $4.00 NOW......in April!

It should set a rock bottom base or floor...

Because 1/3 the way through the year leaves 2/3 of the year to add to the profit announced.

You guys want to hear something funny?

I sold this morning! That's right. I just couldn't justify a $32 million market cap on $84,000 revenues for the quarter. BTW, I'm waiting to see how they calculate that 40% margin.

I know, you guys did the DD and $3.50/shr looks good for year end projections. But why wait 9 mos for 25 cents, when you can have 90% of that target today!

Another thing, the way you day traders have been adding to your positions at these higher prices, you know, increasing your cost basis, MRPS will fall pretty hard once buyers are gone. The door won't be large enough for all the little boys wanting out.

Anyway, that's my take. It's a long time between now and Q2 results and I'm thinking MRPS can be reestablished at much lower prices. Much lower indeed.

BTW, I want to thank you guys for talking MRPS up. Shows you can do something right after all.

*10 Ways to Determine if You are a Microphonicaholic*

10. You blow up digital pictures of Jasper racers to see if they have a Microphonics logo on their suits.

9. You spend more time thinking about MRPS than sex.

8. Everywhere you go (when you're not glued to the MRPS boards) you see new applications for the Ultraphonics devices.

7. You put in limit orders to buy more MRPS at 3 cents below ask, hoping to get a true bargain.

6. In your head, you've already determined what a 3 bagger/5 bagger/10 bagger/20 bagger would mean for your bank account.

5. You spend more time talking with Jimmy and Myles than you do with your spouse or kids.

4. You are already buying your ticket to Nashville for the first MRPS hodown annual stockholder meeting.

3. You begin to think that the release of MRPS financials may indeed lead to world peace.
(Maybe this only applies to Vic :)

2. You seriously contemplate quiting your job to sell Ultraphonics devices.

1. You spend your time as I have doing all of the above and thinking of the "10 ways to Determine if You are a Microphonicaholic."

Hello, my name is Joe-MA and I'm a Microphonicaholic

*Please Read–Important Announcement*

As of May 18, 1999, individuals known by these aliases on Silicon Investor (SI) and Raging Bull (RB) - Joe-MA (JoeMA), brian connolly, Dave Gore (DaveGore), Jon Scott, and Sprintcar are forming a new company that will be known as SmartStockAdvisor.com (SSA) - which will do press and investor relations for select companies.

The above five individuals have a combined 100+ years of stock trading expertise, and talents
in Accounting, Sales, Public Relations, Business, Management, and other areas that can assist emerging growth companies.

Motivated by their collective enthusiasm for Microphonics (MRPS) and the possibilities for the stock, on May 1,1999, these individuals comprising SSA proposed their services to Microphonics as its first client. On May 18, 1999, Microphonics and SmartStockAdvisor.com entered into a Letter of Agreement to handle the full scope of their investor relations and public relations.

There are several areas where we will be lending expertise and aid to the company and shareholders:

(1) Writing MRPS press releases;
(2) Properly relaying investor concerns and suggestions;
(3) Answering investor questions on SI and RB and our own sites and holding live chats from time to time with interested parties during /after market hours;
(4) Helping to bring MRPS wider exposure outside of these internet threads;
(5) Removing the burden of investor and public relations from Jimmy Gayle and Myles Izikoff, CEO and National Sales Manager of MRPS respectively, so they can focus on their areas of expertise;
(6) Helping to upgrade the Microphonics web site to include a FAQ on the company and other enhancements.
(7) Providing consultation to MRPS in the areas of growth, business management, and market exposure.

When talks began with Microphonics on May 1, the individuals comprising SSA mostly stopped posting on the MRPS threads (as many of you noticed) and since SSA is now employed by Microphonics, it would be best to stop posting on these SI and RB MRPS threads under individual names. SmartStockAdvisor. com has a new thread on SI under our corporate name - Subject 28440 (and soon our own web site) - the purpose of which will be to disseminate information, answer questions, and otherwise promote Microphonics, and other firms. Any posts here or there will be signed by our corporate name and include a disclaimer acknowledging our compensated status in the employ of Microphonics (and any other companies we contract with).

IMPORTANT: Up until May 18, 1999, no individual comprising SSA in any way was a paid agent of Microphonics. The idea to form a PR/IR firm didn't seriously develop until May 1 and didn't become official until May 18. All of our individual posts to May 18th on Raging Bull and Silicon Investor were our own independent thoughts.

Advantages To Microphonics and Shareholders:

We think that SSA's efforts on behalf of Microphonics, in its official capacity as press and investor relations consultants, will be beneficial to Microphonics and its shareholders. Our familiarity with Microphonics gives us added ability and energy for enhancing the company's perception in the market. The mutual trust that exists between members of our group and the principals of Microphonics will help ensure a good relationship. SSA's relatively modest compensation in the form of restricted (nontrading) stock will bring very little dilution when exercised.
