Lawrence,
You list a number of significant positives for Quantum. Do you agree with Gillian that the June quarter will be impaired by product launches and it will be September before these drives are in high-volume?

I have never understood any realistic tax issues with the tracking stocks and in the latest conference call quantum management did not sound as if they anticipated any. If the tracking stock were initiated tomorrow (meaning with all circumstances the same is that the present), what do you believe the valuations would be? It seems to me there is relatively little downside from current levels, short of a major market correction, but substantial upside exists with the tracking stock which I would regard as being highly likely and providing a very attractive return over the next few months.

It seems to me that quantum's biggest risks over the next few months are a slipping of DLT timing or increased concerns with the impact of year 2000 issues. What do you see as the likely impact of year 2000 on servers and storage as the year progresses?
