Lawyers galore ... heaviest contributors to Democrats and lesser extent, to the GOP. Lawsuits AGAINST the government can take years and are not as profitable as those against private citizens and corporations. Litigation on the SIDE of the government can be very profitable as the tobacco settlements (legalized blackmail and thievery) have shown. Isn't it interesting that the Justice Dept. does NOT apply anti-trust laws against 10-plus law firms that banded together to sue tobacco, gun manufacturers, etc.? Also, they never go after a marginally-profitable company ... The system will fall apart under its own weight, rather sooner than later.
