I don't see the land war! Clinton has promised Russians there will be none, and US congresss, US public, and no NATO country likes to see

I was tuned to Radio Moscow tonight and it seems that the Duma has
approved a much large military budget that the President had asked for! They have no money, but they are willing to print rubles and
re-arm! I wonder if IMF is willing to make them a loan so they can build a new armed forces! What are your views?
