Yet another director dumped 10,000 shares of this turkey (4/19, Mansford).

April short interest amazingly was _down 200 K shares from March, to 3.5 mm. Looks like we still have yet to induce most of the convertible bondholders to short yet.

IMO its gonna be dead money at best for awhile yet.

Mazen, you have very good credibility on this board. Don't worry.

When the Dow hit the 10,000 record and then zoomed nearly 10% above that lofty level, the money had to come from somewhere. Sepracor was a bank of large unrealized gains, from which profits probably fueled the Dow and NASD Composite rally. It might be more useful to think about where the big stock profits will go next than to worry about gains being taken in SEPR.
