While I respect your opinions on this, I think you are going overboard to suggest that this deal could drive WCOM into the 50's -- that's about a 40% haircut from the recent $90 level. That's WAY overdone... there is too much going for this company for this possible acquisition to knock $70 billion off it's market cap.
