Linda,

Don't worry that the stock hasn't moved with the good news and improved business. The shares are only being traded by a few arbs, all suitors have agreed not to purchase any more shares before May 10. No brokers are recommending the shares, regardless of the fundamentals, because the company is in play. So there is a lack of demand but it would be a mistake to misinterpret that and sell. JMHO

Hi Linda, Yes, the waiting is tedious. I've been "counting chickens" as to what I will do with the $$$$ if it is a cash purchase from PHG. If it's a nice trading stock that is offered as a buy-out from someone else, I'll probably just continue on without the capital gain hit.

Mid-May still seems like a long time away!
