Microsoft wants to partner with Comcast to get in on the Broadband and will have more reason to push @Home with Comcast.

Why? Microsoft is already a partner in RoadRunner. UMG is the prime partner. Combining Comcast and UMG with Microsoft money would look like a problem for ATHM and an advantage for RoadRunner.
