I don't agree. Why would MSFT/Comcast/UMG just push RR? In doing this ATHM will not just go away. Don't forget ATHM already has the lions share of the business. If this were to happen T could retaliate and make a big push with ATHM. T is not to be underestimated, and could easily w/ATHM take an even bigger share of business away from RR. It would be in the best interest of everyone involved if either ATHM worked together or merged. This is what TJ has been stating all along. This way MSFT & ATT would would both have access to the whole market. Especially from MSFT point of view. They would be getting stake in ATHM as a bonus. After all you have to remember the MSFT business model. They love monopolies that do not look like monopolies, thus ATHM/RR.
