Well like I have said before management has a poison pill in place so if the deal happens they will have to pay off management to get it through. The Hummingbird deal is better for Rubin Osten considering he isn't getting the axe which IMHO he should be axed but I'm guessing Hummingbird put that in to get the deal to work.
From a long time shareholders point of view the OTC bid is a slap in the face.
