With our current 7.3mm in cash assets, what would be the possibility of financing a plant for Spriggs to produce his gas additive? I think I already know the answer but hey, what about it?

Roger has just advised me that the comment process is still ongoing--we have not yet been cleared by NASD.
I'm sure we will hear nothing about merger negotiations, even if there are any, until this process is completed.
