The PABN financials will be out in early July. Their 2Q ends June 30th, and Harold Larsen told me during a phone conversation yesterday, that the financials will DEFINITELY be out in July. PABN has been swamped with phone calls from investors and potential investors, and has been slowly getting back to everyone with answers to all the questions. In view of all the phone calls, they've also decided to put together an information packet. The packet will be about 7-8 pages long, and is supposed to be ready by next week sometime. Harold told me that he'll e-mail a copy of the packet to me, and to others who call, and when he does, I'll post it here. I'm hoping he also posts a copy of it on the PABN website.

Go PABN!!!!!

Said he hoped that we would be doing the mortgages in Belize soon.

My that is curious, isn't it Barbara? Look at the Press Release from last June 1. And only just now hoping that they would be able to do some mortgages in the future? They are licensed, yet they are still hoping? Just how is this do you suppose. Think he was maybe lying then when he made this release? Because last weekend's pitiful statement about the situation would seem more in line with the government disavowals of PABN/PRWT there.:
PanAmerican BanCorp. is an international mortgage banking and finance company. Being the first entity licensed, through it's subsidiary, Affordable Housing Group, Ltd., to operate a mortgage company in Belize, Central America, PanAm is poised to exploit the immense potential brought about through NAFTA. The Central and South American markets are clamoring for affordable ways to purchase and finance homes. Through the cooperation of the Belize Government, the company is able to bring mortgage banking into Central America. #reply-4668290

Poised are they? On the brink of great things are they? 11 months later and they are hoping? hahahahahaha.

He also said he would soon be filing with Sec the 10Q which must be filed before financials.

A 10Q will be first? It is usual for an audited statement to be provided. 10Q are not required to be audited. So John is back sliding already on his reporting requirements? Wants to slip into the night with an unaudited filing? No complete audited financial disclosures for this guy?

And Ken Christian, the CFO designate, goes along with this you think? This highly respected member of their financial team?
