What a move today! Should end up with at least 1M shares traded, significantly higher than both the average and past two days. Low volume on the downside signaled an impending reversal as I noted on Yahoo Finance yesterday.

Also, there is investor bullishness in the reversal as opposed to a strong move upward with average volume. An emotional commitment!

Wow - what a great day. Figures as I am doing DD, the stock goes up 10%! I think I too will wait to see how the merger affects the stock price. What type of stock reactions can we expect based on your (or anyone's) past experiences with similar merger transactions? also, the merger - is it still supposed to be completed in June?
