Pat, thanks for the detailed commentary on your take of the CC.

There's nothing in your note that I would take issue with, other than perhaps being a little more "sensitive" than you about the likely need for additional financing later this year. I think Steve's remark may be partly responsible for the subsequent price softness, which I took advantage of yesterday by fully replenishing my ANCR trading shares.

ANCR has long been my largest single holding, now at 20+% of my total portfolio (even though I'm only a small-time investor). While I'm waiting for ANCR to "arrive", I'll keep trading between 1/3 and 1/2 of my ANCR shares as opportunities arise.

Are you planning to buy Brocade shares? I'm thinking of buying some shares on the open market early on the day of the IPO, whenever that is going to be!
