Thread, Now this is one of the things about junior stocks that really p's me off. If the kill takes place next week the stock is likely trading higher so the private placement has to take place at a higher price. Why not wait. No - the privileged get cheap stock and more percentage ownership of the company for the same amount of money. You can be that the investors have seen more than we. Oh well, if it hits I will still get mine. However, the privileged few get more than thier share. I guess the good news is that we repeatedly see the in-the-know money putting more in. Bob
