Hi BOB,

The share price is one thing but think about the real "gift", those cheap warrants attached with terms of up to 2 years and exercisable at near market price today !!

There's always arguments which can be made for "inside" incentive pricing but in this case the warrants are very clearly being stuffed up the "backside" of the shareholders!!
