Chip, I use your basic Quote.com thing to keep an eye on things. I don't daytrade (once in a while) so it works out just fine.....

Hello Chip, I use Realtick. I trade the S&P and the Nasdaq.
It is a little more expensive than Qcharts.

The only negative about Realtick is that you can only go back about 30 days on a 5 min. chart. and 11 days on a 1 min. chart.

Otherwise it's great. All the indicators, bells and whistles, etc...

Tip: There are 30 stocks that make up about 50% of the weighting for the S&P. If you put those stocks in a market minder window (Spreadsheet) with the fields of Net Change Open & Percentage Change from yesterdays close. You will have your own custom indicator projecting the direction of the S&P. i.e. lots of red go short, lots of green go long.
