4) It just ain't an internet stock, folks. Internet stocks are companies
that use the scale and efficiencies of the internet to sell it's core
products: books, stock trades, toys, financial services, etc.
<<Unfortunately for USWB each additional sale requires hiring and managing
a human being to replenish it's inventory - this is not an internet
model, this is a services model.>>

Yes USWB is a servies company but it is disingenuous to say it isnt an internet stock. It's future is very much tied to the growth of the internet. As more and more companies use the net USWB will be a direct beneficiary. Their potential growth is on the scale of the internet companies and their strategy of growing as fast as possible (through aquisitions)right now is precisely what the internet milieu dictates. USWB is taking the steps that are required to cement them as the leader in their space.

Rick,

I think that those of us who own this stock are in general, surprised by the rather sudden and powerful move to the downside in such a relatively short time frame. After losing what may be a considerable amount of capital, nobody's mind is put at ease by your observations that they have succeeded in becoming the greater fool.
Investing is much more than simple mathematics. If it were that simple there wouldn't be much point. Differing points of view and opinions are the very essence of what makes the market work the way it does.
You may be bang on the money with your astute analysis, then again, you may be just another one of us common fools.

Rick,

Thanks for the response. Your points are well observed and valid. In hindsight, they make perfect sense. These sorts of remarks always do. That's why they don't mean much to me. While you are right, last month you were wrong. So what? This whole Internet valuation situation (and USWB is an Internet stock) is based on the impossible task of putting a forward price on earnings of the companies participating in a revolution. I'm not saying they are fundamentally worth some of these high prices. But this is the market. Bearing that in mind I think that the action with USWB 1)indicates something we have yet to learn, 2) is some serious bashing - let's face it there has been heavy selling on the way down, or 3)calls the sector into question.

Good luck with your position.

Cheers,
Bond

Rick,

While your points are are good. I also disagree with some of them. I believe there is an economy of scale at work here. Once designed and implemented effectively, an internet site or marketing plan doesn't need to be completely redesigned for the next client. Granted new ideas will need to be added to "customize" the service for the future clients, but there is residual value in what has been designed already.

As the company grows and adds rev's, I think you'll see this economy at work.

Mark

P.S. I' rather own USWB than an EBAY or AMZN, it's their valuations that are scary.
