Because the market doesn't like the NXTL deal and it is going to vote with it's feet. WCOM was a great company and had a great future ahead until it got involved with NXTL.

OK well done NXTL you've won. You're up today and those that are still in WCOM have taken a bath from $97 to $80 in a couple of days. Great!
