My thought is that Shell is selling their shallow water properties to put money into their deep water projects. Says something perhaps, about the near term for the deep water rig rates, service companies such as CXIPY that work deep water, PGO and such. Some are still predicting a drop in deep water rig rates, I think the opposite may happen.
