In the NP analysts have target prices of $90!!! Did you guys read this stuff, and do you guys get the feeling that people have more confidence in this stock than Bid.com? There isn't a whole lot stopping this puppy from flying. Valiant/

Why in the world would MCF initiate a private placement with those shysters at Yorktown? Very bad move considering the fact that they are beginning to become known to U.S. investors. Their actions cause further questioning due to their recent announcement of a Nasdaq listing where undoubtedly the private placement potential is much larger. They should of waited for a Nasdaq listing to initiate a private placement or at least structured one with a reputable U.S. firm. Yorktown's involvement with MCF is not a good thing. GG
