L: Is this some kind of last mile data relay? It would be the answer to getting around the RBOC's but it would embody some prety significant buildout costs - transceivers etc. Unless Nokia's numbers are lying and NXTL really isn't adding 400k customers at 70 arpu per qrtr. this is a very important market.
