TO ALL:

Re the AGM, my guess is that nothing conclusive came out of the meeting in regards to the pilot plant. The "only two more weeks refrain" of the past is more likely "only two more years".

So----what else is new?

An opinion::::Father Gregory and dissidents won the vote tally as under the time limits stated in both proxies and verified by the transfer agents. The shareholders/owners spoke and that's the way these things go in a democracy right? WRONG

Naxos management then changed the rules. They clamed a special rule that allowed proxies that fit their agenda to be counted right up to the start of the meeting. They took another tally. Management's tactics didn't work again. The Dissident shareholders still had more votes. Game over- - - - not just yet.

Naxos management not to be out done, claimed another new rule and disallowed the dissident proxies completely.

How anyone can even give these individuals the benefit of the doubt is beyond me. It's a disgrace.

I understand further that Bob Gardner, whom a lot of individuals on this thread admire (myself included), will no longer be a director of the company. Apparently, the other directors thought his willingness to cooperate with Father Gregory a threat and had him removed as a director.

These "people" are truly amazing. Anyone thinking that they could get a fair deal from these guys had better open their eyes. Can anyone imagine a major mining company trying to do a deal with a management this dishonest? It would not happen.

It looks like lawyers are going to be the real winners here. Their token changes to the board is a smoke screen.

Naxos management is clearly telling shareholders that it is their company, and not yours.

As I was not able to attend the meeting please consider the above an opinion.
