Rico- I do recall the confidentiality pacts. Does that mean we not hear about a higher and more UMG desirable bid? Will it all be kept hush hush until a victor arises? Will we all-of-a-sudden hear about a deal without knowing the back and forth bidding? I'm sorry to show my ignorance here, and I would appreciate someone straightening me out. Thanks, Ed

This is just "Business", nothing personal. You can have some companys' lawyers fighting in court and other lawyers cutting a deal to go to bed together.
