So they basically claim that Pierce, who is a SEC attorney told them to sell stock in November of 98 that they didn't have to deliver. They are asking Pierce to wire money and transfer stock into an account that is not even his. They wanted CBQ to hold up a shareholder vote until resolution of their said dispute between them and Pierce. There is no documentation to support any of these positions? Couldn't they make up a better story and why wait until now. Gary, do you happen to have the response from CBQ available or can you tell us what it was? It looks like next week will get even better. Thanks for the info.
