I spoke with some lawyers I know, in that field. They finished my sentences, they got the drift right quick. Their opinion seems to be Business Wire has no case. But it's a routine drill that is typical. I had some conversation back and forth as to why there is no case, but because I am not in the field nor do I have much interest I actually forget the exact particulars. But the long and short was; these are fairly high-powered people and they just laughed at it, said it was an easy ploy to defeat. I hope FBN has a group skilled in that arena.
