I can't believe the muted response on this board to this possible deal. This is a pivotal event in my opinion, if it does happen. I bought the first additional Loral shares since the Zenit crash time period. What am I missing? Any other thoughts out there?

Analyst report highlights:

Loral,may combine its Ka-Band assets into a joint project with News Corp,
Liberty Media, General Instrument and probably others.[V-Man additions here include @Home? AOL? Echostar? SES?]
