I figured you'd need the help. BTW, why is it "real" estate? Has anybody ever seen any phony estate? And if so, did they sell it for a piece a land that doesn't exist, and may never exist? Oh wait—all land exists, otherwise it isn't land. That's another reason why real estate doesn't apply in your argument. Whereas, it's possible that stock doesn't exist, and may never exist; like Webnode. Same with cars, so my auto example wasn't so inappropriate.
