PABN: PABN - boards claiming big spinoff coming next week

Ragingbull and BOBZ boards are claiming a spinoff will be announced next
week - they claim PABN will spinoff their online trading company - rumor has
it will be 1 share of the new company for every 4 shares of PABN you own -
most posters think we might see .50 after this announcement comes out!
