I appreciated the unbiased, factual way you presented your information...and wondered why public posts weren't in the same tone.

We usually start off civilly enough; I certainly did at MTEI. But civil questions tend to be met with instant and extreme hostility. And yes, I and others retaliate. But believe me, we've all been subjected to a very great deal more abuse than we've ever handed out.
