IFN Secures $10 Million Private Placement; Proceeds to Fund Accelerating Sales, Product Development, and Acquisition Programs

NEW YORK, May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Financial Network (IFN) announced today that it has closed a $10 million private equity financing that was arranged by the Trump Group and provided by its affiliates. This investment adds to previous rounds of funding provided principally by the Travelers Insurance Company (CitiGroup (NYSE: C - news)) and Data Broadcasting Corporation (Nasdaq: DBCC - news).

IFN will use the proceeds primarily to expand technical, sales and service resources in both its Florida and New York locations and to support the continuing rollout of the company's InfoGate(TM) business and information platform. In addition, IFN will accelerate its content partnership program, development activities and acquisition plans.
